Description:
This newly created position reports to the
EVP, CFO. The Director will manage operations of hospital-owned
practices. He/she will also recruit physicians and
direct growth & development of a community-focused
primary & specialty physician network.
St. Francis
Hospital is a community hospital with 195-acute care
beds, 80-rehabilitation beds and a 120-bed skilled
nursing facility. It is a member of Catholic Health
East, one of the largest Catholic Health Systems in
the country. State-of-the-art open heart program, Level
II NICU, Wound Care Center, Women's Services, Award
Winning Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Dialysis, Sleep/Neurodiagnostics
Center. Family Practice Residency Program.
Qualifications
Master's
Degree Required.
Fair, consistent leader/team
player who will support the mission, vision &
values of St. Francis and Catholic Health East.
Five
to seven years of progressive practice management
experience.
Track record of building solid relationships
with physicians, clinicians, staff and community.
Strategic
planning and marketing skills.
Physician recruitment
expertise.
Understanding of Finance, Billing and
Information Systems
Politically astute.
