In this position, you will evaluate, diagnose and provide psychological services in accordance with the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

Specific responsibilities:
- Perform intake, interim and routine evaluations and individual and/or group treatment. Includes maintaining a caseload of individual therapy/counseling cases; documentation of service provision will be on approved TDOC forms, such as progress notes and treatment plans.
- Provide clinical recommendations/consultations and assistance in coordination of patient referrals to other specialized TDOC programs, designated contract hospitals or community-based treatment programs.
- Provide consultation to your institution's mental health, healthcare and administrative service staff and participate in treatment team reviews on a regular basis.
- Provide on-call services.

Requirements include:
- Current Psychologist license
- Current CPR certification
- Completion of an accredited training program.
- Two years of experience practicing as psychologist in a clinical setting would be an asset
- Experience in correctional healthcare a plus
