Description: Applications are invited from those people interested in a full time position as an Emergency Medical Services Supervisor for the Churchill RHA Inc.
Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services & Chief Nursing Officer, the Emergency Medical Services Supervisor is responsible to organize, co-ordinate and supervise the overall departmental functions of the EMS Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Successful completion of recognized Primary Care Paramedic program (PCP)
• Previous experience in managing EMS an asset
• Current certification in EMR and/or EMT instruction an asset
• Current certification in BCLS
• Current certification in ACLS an asset
• Current certification in BTLS an asset
• Current certification in Neonatal Resuscitation an asset
• Previous experience in training staff and community members an asset
• Strong computer skill required
• Demonstrates a calm and confident manner during emergency/difficult situations
• Valid Manitoba class 4 driver's license
• Subject to child abuse and criminal record check
• Represents the Churchill RHA in a professional and positive manner
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
