Description:
Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of
Pharmacy with a BS or Pharm.D. degree. Must be currently
licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Oregon.
Health system experience preferred.
Process orders for all pharmaceuticals, monitor patient drug therapies, and provide drug information. Staff pharmacists supervise and direct support personnel. In the absence of the director of pharmacy, a staff pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the director of pharmacy.
