General Management of one of the largest Imaging
Service Lines in the Twin Cities market
This individual
will be responsible for conceptualizing an operating,
patient care and customer service model for diagnostic
imaging services that compliments and integrates with
the overall enterprise and positions the hospital and
it's affiliates for success. Also, responsible for
the overseeing the operation of the School of Radiology.
The Director, in partnership with the Medical Director,
is responsible for communicating with physicians, staff
development and retention, developing strategic plans,
creating a vision for the imaging service line, organizing
the imaging management team, overseeing budgets, communicating
with regulatory agencies, providing proposals for business
development, growing the imaging efforts for the imaging
service line and providing operational guidance and
spreading best practices throughout the system. This
position will work cooperatively with each site's administration
to develop and implement a an Imaging strategic plan
across the system.
The ideal candidate will
be an accomplished healthcare leader with demonstrated
leadership and managerial skills including budget/financial
management, interpersonal and communication, problem
solving and critical thinking. Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business
or related field, Master's degree preferred. Five to
ten years of progressively responsible experience in
health care technology field or administration. Two
or more years of management and leadership experience.
