Reporting to the Program Manager, the visiting nurse will practice using a Primary Nursing model. You will be responsible for coordinating and providing care for a variety of Clients in the home setting.

Qualifications:
-Current CNO registration
-Minimum of 2 years experience, community nursing preferred
-IV, palliative care, mental health experience an asset
-Proficiency in English, second language an asset
-Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required
