Carilion Laboratories is actively seeking experienced process oriented sales professionals with medical laboratory or medical equipment sales experience. Our sales professionals are responsible for targeting physician offices, clinics, and other healthcare providers. Representatives are empowered to manage the entire sales process for each client with responsibility for identifying prospective new clients, establishing and maintaining relationships, negotiating and implementing contracts, and communicating insightful input to clients on laboratory best practices. Experience with the delivery of clinical care with a demonstrated track record of success in outside sales and strategic selling concepts is a must. Computer proficiency in a Windows environment is required as our entire sales process is designed as a key element of our industry leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. This software allows our sales people to not be required to produce daily, weekly, or even monthly sales forecasts or activity reports. Our target sales professionals thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment where meeting monthly and annual performance objectives are expected ....... enthusiasm and strong initiative are required! A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience of 2 to 10+ years is required. Up to 70% regional travel in assigned territories with flexible hours to meet client's needs.
