to join our expanding team.
Significant Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Chi Solutions sales professionals are responsible for targeting hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers throughout the Omaha and Lincoln Nebraska areas. We require experienced sales professionals with clinical medical laboratory or healthcare sales successes. Representatives are empowered to manage the entire sales process for each client with responsibility for achieving new laboratory sales revenues, selling laboratory services to executives, physicians and key physician group managers. Representatives will oversee the planning and implementation of required systems and procedures to achieve sales and marketing goals within the specified time frame and budget. Demonstrated project management, consultative sales achievements, analytical thinking, communication, leadership, team building, change management, presentation and sales management skills are required. Our target sales professionals thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment where meeting monthly and annual performance objectives are expected ....... enthusiasm and strong initiative are required! Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree required; Masters Degree in Business, Laboratory Science or Information Technology preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience demonstrating increased or diversified responsibility in relevant industries; consulting/management services experience a plus. Skills: Computer proficiency in a Windows environment is required as our entire sales process is designed as a key element of our industry leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. This software allows our sales people to not be required to produce daily, weekly, or even monthly sales forecasts or activity reports.
