Thrive in Our Matrix Organization:
As a Director in our US office, you will work in New York City and will take a lead role in managing engagements within a regional profit centre. You have a minimum of 7 years working in the healthcare industry with a solid understanding of hospital operations including clinical work processes in hospital wards. You will combine your industry experience, your people and project management skills, your business maturity, your creativity and problem solving skills, and your passion for healthcare into strong, practical actions that help Courtyard clients address critical business and clinical challenges.

From a people-management perspective, you will report directly to Courtyard Principals or Partners; and you will have Analysts and Senior Analysts reporting to you, for whom you'll be providing performance management and professional development guidance. This role will be responsible for building business through strong relationships with new and existing senior level clients, managing and developing a team and will be responsible for the delivery and outcome of significant client projects. You will also apply your business leadership skills as an active member of the Partners, Principals and Directors committee which acts as a corporate-wide "think tank" influencing the overarching direction and decisions of the corporation.

From a project-management perspective, you are a senior project leader able to work in a time-compressed, highly dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You will have accountability for delivering very large and complex client projects by utilizing practical and achievable solutions. You must be able to sell and deliver consulting work, build innovative strategies to address critical business challenges, and together with the rest of the leadership team, will be responsible for seeing that client expectations are met with excellence.
