is seeking an Administrative Nurse I Supervisor in
our Psoriasis and Skin Treatment Center.
Under general supervision of the Administrative and Medical Directors, the Administrative Nurse, guided by the policies and procedures of UCSF Medical Center and in collaboration with the physician staff, manages the daytoday clinical operations for the Psoriasis & Skin Treatment Center located at 515 Spruce Street. The AN I Supervisor is responsible for the administration of outpatient activities, ensuring the delivery of high quality, cost effective health care services that are aligned with UCSF Medical Center as well as federal, state and local regulations. She/he will work with staff to develop, monitor, maintain and continuously improve systems pertaining to all aspects of patient care along with the business and administrative aspects of the practice. S/he will supervise all clinical and clerical staff, facilitating positive interactions with providers, patients and other departments. In the supervisory role, s/he will work to establish and promote teamwork among all members of the practice staff. She/he will work to set standards, encourage efficient and productive performance and take appropriate corrective actions. This position is also responsible to select, develop and motivate employees. Requirements include: Current California RN license and current AHA CPR certification knowledge and possession of the abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned a demonstrated commitment to continuing education and selfdevelopment. Proven leadership experience in a clinical practice, including staff supervision and dermatology experience are strongly preferred.
