Huntington Hospital, a 525-bed non-profit,
community-focused Regional Medical Center, is located
in Pasadena just 15 minutes from downtown Los Angeles.

Hours: 8:00am
- 4:30pm
Acts as an internal consultant to
assigned service lines regarding regulation, standards,
data management, group team dynamics and CQI tools
and techniques. Serves as a liaison between administrative
and medical staff committees, councils and task force
by proactive participation, communication and feedback.
Responsible for the coordination of the quality assessment
and improvement activities of the facility's medical
staff, including the peer review mechanism and physician
profiling process. Registered Nurse with a current
California License and/or prior experience as a Quality
Management Specialist. Three to five years of clinical
nursing in an acute care setting.
Quality assessment
and performance improvement activities. Effective written
and verbal communications skills. Ability to work effectively
with all levels of the organization, including the
Medical Staff Project Management Skills Current knowledge
of regulatory requirements (JCAHO, CMA, DHS) Computer
knowledge, Windows applications preferred.
