at our regional Clinic located in Story City are a
network of health care providers spanning more than
31 medical and surgical specialties.
The McFarland
Clinic is central Iowa's largest physician-owned multi-specialty
clinic. The McFarland Clinic network of health care
providers serves residents in 23 Iowa communities with
an additional 24 communities served by physician outreach
clinics.
The patient population base of 250,000
is serviced via a network of offices in 14 communities
throughout north central Iowa. I like to say 'small
town, big medicine.' We have very little managed care
and are growing due to our overwhelming success and
physician lead management.
Our Story City,
Iowa office is seeking a BC/BE family practitioner
with a desire to do obstetrics while that is not a
must. Jefferson's primary care physicians receive local
support from McFarland Clinic specialists in allergy,
neurology, orthopedic surgery-sports medicine, ophthalmology,
and podiatry. Specialists from Ames travel to Jefferson
for regularly scheduled outreach clinics. Dialysis
patients can be seen locally at the Mary Greeley Medical
Center's Dialysis Center, which is staffed with a McFarland
Clinic nephrologist as an outreach location.
We
