We currently
have a full-time opportunity at our Phoenix campus
for an experienced candidate to implement and monitor
our Integrity Program and annual Compliance Plan. This
candidate will work with Internal Audit Section, the
Medicare Strategy Unit, Patient Financial Services,
Legal Department, other departments and divisions as
necessary, including Jacksonville and Rochester departments.
Other duties include initiating various multi-disciplinary
work groups, performing compliance reviews, conducting
investigations of suspected breaches of the Code of
Conduct, and supervising compliance reviews. We require
a degree (preferably a master's) plus 5 years' compliance
and/or relevant healthcare experience. Strong conflict
resolution, complaint management, mediation, negotiation,
and crisis intervention skills are also key.
