Job Details: Physical Therapist

The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for performing evaluations and treatment of inpatients outpatients Occupational Health and Home Care patients referred by legally qualified medical practitioners. Prepares and completes documentation of said patient's evaluations treatment progress discharge and education. Has responsibility towards supervision of technical and clerical staff in the direct care and the operational aspects of the department. Has access to confidential patient information.

Education: Graduate Physical Therapy Program accredited by the Commission on accreditation of physical therapy education. Must have current license or is license eligible by the State of Ohio, PT, OT, AT Board, and Section 4755.40 to 4755.53 and 4755.99 Ohio revised code. CPR certification required.

Experience: Minimum one year clinical experience in health care setting delivering direct care.

Sign-on Bonus: Adena offers a generous $15,000.00 sign-on bonus for Physical Therapists.

Adena will also provide arrangements for site visits.
