at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor, tenure
track if qualified
The Department of Surgery at
a renowned NJ Medical School is seeking a chief of
pediatric surgery at the rank of Associate Professor
or Professor, tenure track if qualified. Applicants
must be Board Certified in Pediatric Surgery; have
administrative experience, a strong interest in clinical
practice and demonstrate an interest in research and
teaching.
Experience in minimally invasive surgery
is desired but not required. Research support and protected
time are available for qualified applicants.
Administer
all matters related to the clinical services at hospitals
for pediatric surgical patients and with the multidisciplinary
teams which care for these patients.
This is
a designated acute care children's hospital. This state
of the art facility has one of the region's largest
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, a level III NICU and
a Level 1 Trauma Center with pediatric commitment.
Salary
Range: $450,000 - $550,000 plus a full benefits package.
