KAUST is currently seeking a Physician for its campus healthcare facility. This facility will be responsible for the delivery of quality healthcare services and wellness programs for the university population including faculty, students, administrative staff, and their families.

Partial list of responsibilities of the Physician include:
• Providing leadership, direction, and administering the clinic's medical activities
• Implement the organization's mission, vision, strategic plans, policies, procedures and overall structure
• Design and implement an integrated clinic wide QI program that improves the performance of the clinic, improves patient safety, and reduces cost
• Participate in the medical services committees
• Coordinating the daily operations and participating in the planning and implementation of the clinic's preventive, diagnostic, and integrated programs.

Position requirements:
• Medical Degree from a accredited / recognized medical school
• Valid license to practice
• Hospital administration experience
• Minimum of two years practice experience in general medicine after internship, either in a hospital, private practice or the equivalent.
