Responsibilities:
- Leadership, organization, planning, direction and administration to the operational aspects of the Patient Relations Department and its services
- Work closely with key members of the Hospital, Physician Practice, Service Excellence, Risk Management and Quality/Safety to investigate and assist in resolving patient complaints
- Communicate and implement systems and processes that are consistent with organizational strategy and service excellence

Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Master's preferred
- RN desirable
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
