Location: Fridley, MN (Suburb of Minneapolis/ St. Paul)

Columbia Park Medical Group provides state-of-the-art health care for the entire family using a patient-centered approach rooted in over 50 years of experience providing both primary care and specialty care. We primarily serve communities in the north metro Twin Cities with clinics located in Andover, Blaine, Brooklyn Park, Columbia Heights and Fridley. We also provide urgent care hours to meet our patients' needs.

Columbia Park Medical Group, dedicated to providing comprehensive, high quality medical care for the entire family, through all stages of life. Physicians work collaboratively with all physician specialties including: Pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, ENT, Urology, Allergy and Immunology, Ophthalmology, and Radiology. Many other subspecialists are available through extensive outreach programs. All clinics have on-site diagnostic services including lab and x-ray. The practitioners work a 4 or 5 day workweek with. A primary nursing model is utilized where practitioners work primarily with the same CMA/LPN. The physicians admit their patients to the Columbia Park Medical Group hospitalist service at Unity Hospital. Physician leadership is valued, encouraged, and supported at all levels.

50% Clinical and 50% Administrative. Provides leadership and ensures progress on clinical excellence and care delivery improvement initiatives of the care system. As a member of the senior management team, provide strategic, medical and operational leadership in human resource management, quality assurance and improvement, operations performance, planning, budgeting and system performance. Ensures the development of medical practice strategies and policies that are consistent with and supportive of entity/care system and Fairview's mission, vision, values, and strategic plan as well as reflective of the environmental realities of the community and consistent with federal and state regulations. Ensures the effective development and integration of high quality medical services within entity/care system and the broader Fairview integrated care delivery system.
