Job Details: Associate Hospital Director, Professional Services

Description: Reporting to the CEO, the Associate Hospital Director of Professional Services has operational and fiscal responsibility for Cardiology/Neurology/Pulmonary, Pharmacy, Pathology, Rehabilitation and Radiology.
The Associate Hospital Director manages 5 direct reports, 210 FTEs and a budget of $29M. This person will play a strong role in competitive strategy development, service line enhancement, increasing technology and building a stronger academic presence. He/she may serve as the Hospital Administrator in the absence of the CEO.

Qualifications:

•Master's degree in Health Care, Business Administration or related field.
•8-10 years of experience in managing several major clinical departments in both inpatient/outpatient settings within a system or academic facility.
•Entrepreneurial spirit; broad business and strategic planning skills.
•Service Line development experience.
•Documented leadership and decision-making abilities.
•Financial Management skills.
•Proactive Change Agent.
