Description: Rate: $37.13/hr to $46.32/hr
Hours of Work: 0700-1442, 0730-1512, 0748-1530, 0800-1542, 1018-1800

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a regular full-time Clinical Pharmacist to work in Chilliwack General Hospital located in Chilliwack, British Columbia.

As a Pharmacist you will be responsible for practicing patient-centered care and providing medication distribution and drug information services.

The Mission of the Pharmacy Department is Optimizing drug therapy to improve patient outcomes.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Licensed to practice as a pharmacist on the Register of Pharmacists with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
