Description: ProCure Treatment Centers is seeking a Vice President of National Center Operations to provide all operational requirements at the center level, and to fulfill oversight responsibility of daily center operations in northern United States communities.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
ProCure Treatment Centers is seeking a Vice President of National Center Operations (VPNCO) -Northern Region to provide all operational requirements at the center level, and to fulfill oversight responsibility of daily center operations in northern United States communities as established by the National Center Operations leadership team.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of National Center Operations, and collaborating closely with the VP of National Center Operations-Southern Region, the VPNCON is responsible for the operational design, development, implementation, and operational upkeep of the treatment centers located in northern United States. To this end, the VPNCON is heavily integrated in relationships with partner hospitals and partner physician groups, and participates in the company's planning, budget, and operational processes.
REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of five years of strong and varied experience in directing and managing the operations of a healthcare facility, (hospital, ambulatory care center, multi physician practice).
• Strong experience in evaluating results of programs based on data analysis.
• Demonstrated positive experience in managing people.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing to all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically and to translate conceptual information to concrete implementation plans.
• Capacity to coordinate efforts involving staff from different departments and external partners.
• Ability to think and act quickly about a variety of topics in any given day.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a senior team that operates on the principle of the greater good.

Preferred
• Masters degree in healthcare administration, business, or management
• Experience in a business operation that requires extensive process related to outreach, dealing with multiple functions to complete a task, compliance, and evaluation.
• Experience in starting up an administrative, operation, and/or evaluation function.

RESPONSIBILITIES


Essential Responsibilities:

1. In concert with senior national operations team, develop, implement and manage systems for all programs related to the daily operations at the center level. Analyzes program outcomes against benchmarks established by the operations leadership team. Programs include policy, leadership, education, communications, and operating programs. Prepare analysis and reports for national center leadership, board committees corporate that include, among other items, external considerations, trend analysis, and interim measures when required.

2. Provide operations leadership and support to the national and center leadership in the clinical, financial, billing, technical and administrative areas.

3. Develop, implement and manage the center leadership team in areas of best practices, documentation of programs not meeting intended outcomes, and ongoing process-improvement initiatives.

4. In conjunction with the center executive director and other leadership, ensure delivery and operational coordination of all office administration services including information technology, office management, office space acquisition, reception and administrative team.

5. As a member of the Executive Management Team, enhance the image of the center by participating in hospital and physician partnerships, period site visits and ongoing community outreach initiatives that enhance referral stream relationships.

6. Serve as an instructor at the Training and Development Center on management, billing, process and other operating policies and procedures

7. Work with Sr. VP of Center Operations and Human Resources to recruit center leadership and staff

8. Work closely with the TDC leadership in developing and/or implementing new systems and procedures, as well as establish communication vehicles for feedback to TDC



Phase I: The VPNCON is the contact point for operations decisions and issues related to construction of the treatment center(s) in assigned geographic area. Serves as liaison between project management team and National Center Operations to ensure on-time delivery of all center-related operations issues.

Responsible for fostering relationships between partner hospitals and physician groups, the VPNCON will work with ProCure leadership ensure smooth transition from center planning to center opening and ongoing daily center operations. Will work closely with center Executive Director on physician referral streams, recruitment, and local PR related to the center(s).

Phase II: The VPNCO establishes staffing requirements, hiring timelines, procedural details, and implementation plans for the treatment centers in assigned geographical areas. It is incumbent upon the candidate to teach, enforce, and uphold all procedural designs and to implement and maintain ProCure's commitment to the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety in the interest of the patients and employees of the local treatment centers. The VPNCO will determine and enforce - through functional reporting groups - the operating standards for the center(s) in accordance with company needs, based on devised operational missions and standards as well as working with other ProCure team members to organize and promote on-going company-wide quality improvement efforts. Develop, coach, and evaluate center leadership teams to ensure consistent, safe and high-quality patient care services.

• Communicating effectively with co-workers, staff, senior corporate management, partner hospitals/medical practices, the general public, representatives of public and private organizations and others sufficient to exchange or convey information.
• Ability to conduct internal and external audits to continuously improve systems.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
A minimum of five years experience in managing senior directors and team leaders across a broad spectrum of administrative, financial, clinical and technical areas
FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY
Establishes operating and capital budgets for national Center operations, and assists center leadership in same
Monitors budget performance related to center operations throughout the fiscal year, recommends adjustments to spending and corrects discrepancies.
