Description: Banner Health, Arizona's largest healthcare provider, has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Clinical Manager (Assistant Director of Nursing) - Behavioral Health at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center.
Fast-growing Banner Thunderbird, located in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale, Arizona, has been serving the Northwest Valley for 25 years and is currently undergoing construction of a new 200-bed patient tower.

This evening shift Senior Clinical Manager is a key member of the Behavioral Health leadership team and provides managerial and/or clinical support to patients and staff in our 12-bed detox unit, 32-bed dual diagnosis unit, intensive outpatient programs and 24/7 crisis service.

Requirements:
• Current AZ or compact state RN license, or eligibility
• Proven leadership ability and at least three years of clinical experience relevant to the patient population and scope of care of the department
• Ability to build and maintain effective communication and working relationships with staff, physicians, patients and their families
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; a Master's degree a definite asset
