Description: Director of Surgical Floor - Eastern New Mexico Medical Center
New Mexico Registered Nurse licensure. Graduate of an accredited MSN program or equivalent in demonstrated supervision. Minimum of five years hands on nursing experience, nursing leadership with demonstrated ability in the management of clinical staff and performance improvement concepts. Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and administering nursing services management activities. Organizes and administers specific department objectives as established by the Chief Nursing Officer and hospital administration.
