We presently have this position available at Milpitas and Campbell in the San Francisco Bay area. In this role, you will manage multiple outpatient psychiatric clinics providing ambulatory services to ensure that the staff is providing high-quality, accessible, and cost-effective care. You will also develop and maintain budgets and ongoing staff development. Additional duties include acting as a patient advocate to resolve care issues; designing and evaluating processes to improve systems; and developing processes to screen, interview, hire, and train all department staff. Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a health care-related field; a master's degree is preferred. Candidates must also have CPR certification, as well as significant experience in both outpatient care and management/leadership/supervisory roles. Knowledge of JCAHO and other local, state, and federal regulations is essential, as is the ability to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment.
