Description:
MD needed for a full time position in a clinical
setting near Grants, NM.
Physician / MD - Clinical Solvere is in the process of recruiting a Physician / MD to provide professional medical direction, oversight and direct patient care for the clinic and must have experience treating chronic patients for diabetes, hypertension, HIV and infectious diseases.
• Provide a variety of
professional medical services including administering
examinations, diagnosing medical and other problems,
prescribing medications and providing treatment
and follow-up care
• Provide direction in
leadership for the medical program
• Monitor and review
operations and standards of care
• Participate in treatment
team meetings where individual health plans are
devised, reviewed and altered
• Perform minor surgery
if necessary
• Assist in the formulation
of facility policy
• Closely monitor all
potential catastrophic illnesses
• Prepare and maintain
a variety of standard narrative, statistical, summary
and/or operational records, reports and logs
• Maintain absolute security
and confidentiality of all medical records
• Evaluate and recommend
methods of improving operational efficiency and
cost effectiveness of health-related services
• Facilitate, where applicable,
NCCHC/ACA/JCAHO accreditation of the medical program
by providing the required level of organizational
efficiency and approved, appropriate medical services
• Review, process and
respond (via corporate counsel) to lawsuits; attend
court hearings, when necessary; conduct research
of charts; review status of patients with serious
health problems for completion of all necessary
intervention and treatment
