Job Details: Nurse Practitioner

Description: Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to implement and run a diabetic education program in a busy multi-specialty practice
Full-time position, Monday through Friday. Some travel required. Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner- Adult or Family. Experience working with Diabetics and/or as a Diabetic Educator, preferred. Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment is a must. This is a perfect opportunity for a qualified Nurse Practitioner to aid in the development of a program aimed at providing a much needed service to the patients in our community. Benefits package includes 401K.
