INTENSIVISTS. Full and part time eICU opportunities are available in beautiful Arizona! We're seeking Intensivists to join Banner's iCare remote intensive care unit that uses VISICU's eICU technology (see website for VISICU.com). Located on the Banner Desert Medical Center campus in Mesa, Arizona, the eICU physicians monitor patients at several Banner facilities. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage cutting edge technology and participate in the delivery of 'state of the art' intensive care to a broad range of critically ill patients including neurology/neurosurgery, cardiothoracic and general medical/surgical populations.

Full time schedule consists of (13) 12-hour night shifts/month, with part time opportunities also available. Alternatively, a blended practice opportunity could consist of part time eICU and part time traditional intensivist practice with full time benefits. Initial applicants have the rare opportunity to establish experience and seniority in the rapidly growing new field of remote intensive care services utilizing a proven technology while partnering with Banner Health, one of the largest not for profit health care systems in the country. Candidate must have completed a U.S. fellowship in Critical Care or Critical Care/Pulmonary and be boarded certified or eligible in Critical Care. Must be certified as an ACLS Provider and possess excellent communications skills at all levels of interface.
