Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is recruiting an Ambulatory Services Manager II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clinical, operational, and financial activities within the hospital-based Surgical Services Practice which includes General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Burn Surgery and Vascular Surgery. The candidate is expected to work collaboratively with the physicians, other medical center departments, management, faculty and other stakeholders to ensure timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, practice productivity, fiscal integrity and patient satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare management, business management or closely related field; Master's degree preferred
• Current Maryland licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR certification required.
• Two - three years management experience; experience in an outpatient practice setting preferred
