Borgess Medical Center currently has an excellent
fulltime, second shift (3p-1130p) and (2) third shift,
(9p-730a) regular part time (RPT) openings for an
experienced Medical Technologists to work in our
state of the art lab.
Borgess' laboratories are a busy hospital-based
referral laboratory performing over one million tests
per year. Using state of the art equipment, our technologists
and technicians work in an innovatively designed
laboratory that offers a pleasant working environment.
With the support of six pathologists, our medical
technologists are part of a dynamic team that supports
the healthcare mission of Borgess Health. Borgess'
laboratory also offers a full spectrum of laboratory
services, including blood bank, pathology, chemistry,
therapeutic drug monitoring, hematology, serology,
microbiology, virology and coagulation. The laboratory
is fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists,
the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services,
the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services and
the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Completion of a Medical
Technology and ASCP registry or registry eligibility
required.
• Hospital laboratory
and microbiology experience strongly preferred.
• At least one year of
hospital experience as a Medical Technologist preferred.
