Seeking dynamic Master's level clinicians
to join our outpatient services team in Lynn, MA.
Bridgewell, a private non-profit organization providing services to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities throughout Northeastern Massachusetts, is seeking dynamic Master's level clinicians to join our outpatient services team in Lynn, MA. The successful candidates will provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and outreach services to individuals with psychiatric disabilities in a setting that offers opportunity to do long term treatment. The ideal candidates must have a Master's degree in a related field and be a licensed LMHC or LICSW. We are seeking clinicians with at least 3-5 years of counseling experience who have worked with a variety of clinical populations including those with substance use, dual diagnosis, and early recovery issues; domestic violence and parenting issues; and homelessness. Clinicians trained in DBT skills training and bilingual in Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply. Completing diagnostic intakes, treatment plans and notes, goals and objectives for assigned caseload. 2. Providing one to one counseling, and/or group psychotherapy with clients in assigned caseload. 3. Coordinating services with psychiatrist and other clinical providers. 4. Attending treatment planning meetings for assigned caseload. 5. Participating in weekly clinical team meetings. 6. Maintaining client records according to regulatory standards. 7. Complying with MBHP and other 3rd party insurers' guidelines for Utilization Review/Quality Assurance. 8. Facilitating referrals to other agencies/vendors when appropriate. 9. Providing supervision and support of Bachelor's level therapist and/or expressive therapy students as assigned. 10. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Masters Degree in social work, psychology, education, or counseling, and licensed for 3rd party billing (LMHC, LICSW, PsyD, PhD). Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills.
