The Bronx VA Medical Center has immediate opportunities for Registered Nurses for its Adult combined twenty (20) bed Intensive Care unit. BSN and MSN preferred with at least 2 years of medical/surgical experience. Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with others, good assessment,observation and documentation skills. Current Basic Life Support/Advanced Life Support preferred. All candidates must be citizens of the United States, graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the approriate State accrediting agency, have a current, full, active and unrestricted registration as a professional nurse in a state, territory, or commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the U.S. or in the District of Columbia and proficient in spoken and written English.
