Description:
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking an
experienced Pharmacist.
The pharmacist will provide
oncology pharmacy services to ambulatory infusion clinic
patients. Responsibilities include: oversight and preparation
of chemotherapy, IV products, compounding & dispensing
medications for clinic patients; optimizing drug therapy
by identifying, resolving and preventing drug related
issues, counseling patients and providing drug information.
Pharmacists will participate in development & implementation
of various projects such as formulary review, clinical
guidelines and disease group management.
BS,
Pharm D and residency preferred; oncology or hospital
experience preferred; Massachusetts Pharmacy License.
