Nurse Practitioner Opportunity!
CHD Meridian Healthcare, a subsidiary of

seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to
work at our new employee health center located in
South Milwaukee, WI.
Candidates will be responsible for episodic acute
care, in-house emergencies, as well as disease management
and wellness education for the employees. Candidates
will provide acute care treatment and occupational
and non-occupational health treatment for illnesses
and injuries. Being a wellness champion is a must.
Requirements will include 3-5 yrs. experience in
a primary care or occupational health setting, valid
state licensure, and current CPR certification. ACLS
certification preferred. Flexibility, good inter-personal
skills and the ability to work independently are
all important components for this position.
