Description: We are searching for an independent licensed clinician with strong mental health/substance abuse knowledge to join our Brentwood, TN team.

We are searching for an independent licensed clinician with strong mental health/substance abuse knowledge to join our Brentwood, TN team. In this hands-on role, you would use your prior supervisory experience to manage a team of Utilization Managers while enjoying an ideal schedule and supportive, friendly environment. Primary responsibilities include:
Overseeing a team of Utilization Managers
Managing the prior authorization and concurrent review process
Maintaining utilization targets
Generating reports on contract deliverables
Hiring, training and coaching staff
Ensuring quality across the team

Qualifications
The chosen candidate must possess:
A current, unrestricted license as an RN, LCSW, LPC, LADAC, SLPE or PhD
Clinical mental health or substance abuse experience
Supervisory experience
Excellent communication skills
MS Office proficiency
Bachelor's degree
We also prefer call center management experience.
