Nemours owns and operates the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE, as well as four major Children's specialty centers in Wilmington, Jacksonville, Orlando, and Pensacola.

Medical Librarian will arrange, organize and direct administrative functions for day-to-day operations of the A.I.duPont Hospital for Children Medical Library. This role works as part of a team to integrate library services with education initiatives including but not limited to continuing medical education, patient care, research, resident and fellow education and teaching rounds.

-Develops and Manages Library Information Services
-Manages Health Sciences Resources
-Maintains Library IS and Technology
-Provides Health Sciences Information Services
-Provides Instructional Support

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Master's Degree in Library or Information Science from an ALA-accredited program with at least two years of experience in a medical library.
-Ability to work independently and think pro-actively required.
-Manages resources wisely, including time, talent and knowledge
-Responds and adapts to change
-Collaborates; builds and fosters professional relationships
