Description: Tanana Valley Clinic in Fairbanks, Alaska, is a multi-specialty clinic that has served the Fairbanks community for over 45 years.
The clinic, a part of Banner Health, one of the nation's largest healthcare providers, employs 40+ providers (physicians and mid-levels) with approximately 190 clinical and office support staff.

The Tanana Valley Clinic is currently seeking a dynamic, experienced Chief Executive Officer to provide leadership as the clinic enters into a period of significant growth as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Banner Health.

Requirements:
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or other related field; MBA/MHA preferred
• At least eight years of management experience in physician clinic operations, mature leadership skills and experience with both compensation planning and practice development
• Preference will be given to applicants with board-level experience as well as those who have worked within a health system environment
