Dean Health System, a well respected and dedicated Wisconsin based healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced professional for an exciting opportunity as a Senior Physician Recruiter. This position is responsible for the successful recruitment of physicians to Dean Health Systems. This includes sourcing, screening, recruitment, coordinating of interviews and site visits, referencing, credentialing, negotiating employment offers, relocation, orientation and retention of physicians. Qualifications: Required: • This position requires
a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Administration,
Health Care Administration or Human Resources)with
a minimum of 5 years of Recruitment experience
OR, a high school diploma with 2 years of additional
education and 10+ years of Physician Recruitment
experience. • 3 years of the above
experience must be in the recruitment of physicians
or advanced practitioners. • Knowledge of health
care industry. • Knowledge of recruitment
and retention procedures. • Excellent organizational,
written and verbal communication skills. • The ability to work
effectively with physicians, and other medical
staff and administrative members. • The ability to use
computer and software programs. • Must be and stay knowledgeable
on state and federal employment laws including
