Practice Specifics:
- Comprehensive, general PM&R practice with management of axial skeletal injury.
- Practice includes EMGs.
- Call 1:5
- Miller Dwan Medical Center Rehabilitation, part of the SMDC medical campus, features a 38-bed inpatient unit, CARF accredited in: Comprehensive inpatient level II, SCI, TBI, Pediatric Family Centered.
- St. Mary's Medical Center is a 380 bed tertiary care, Level II Trauma Center, with an outstanding Neuro intensive care unit, developing CVA Program and a strong commitment to persons with neurologic illness and injury. In addition it is recognized as a top 100 Orthopedic Hospital.
- Outpatient therapy provided by therapists who sub-specialize in neuro, pediatric and musculoskeletal pain formats.
- Practice is generally 70% outpatient, 30% inpatient
- Access to a large fitness center with a work hardening program. We enjoy excellent working relationships with a full continuum of neuro musculoskeletal of specialists including: Neurosurgery, Neurology, Trauma/Critical Care, Orthopedic Surgery, Interventional Neuro-radiology, Interventional Pain and Internal Medicine and all medicine subspecialties.

Requirements: BE/BC in PM & R for general. For Pediatrics PM & R certified with fellowship in in Pediatric PM & R or BC/BE in Pediatrics and PM & R.
