Job Details: Transplant Nephrologist

Description: The University of Florida College of Medicine - Jacksonville, Department of Medicine seeks candidates to lead the Transplant Nephrology Program in the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension.

The position also includes care of kidney transplant patients before and after transplantation, teaching nephrology fellows and medicine residents, and interest in clinical or basic research.

Candidates must be MD and BC/BE in Nephrology and completed a fellowship in transplant nephrology or equivalent qualifications.

Appointments will be at the non-tenure or tenure accruing level of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor, based on qualifications.

Salary negotiable; excellent benefits. Review of applications will begin May 1, 2008 and continue until the position is filled.
