for new Geriatric Center for Wellness in Aging

Centegra Primary Care, an established, growing 50-physician Group, serving a population of 300,000 in Chicago's rapidly growing Northwest suburbs, is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner for its new Geriatric Center for Wellness in Aging. The first of its kind in McHenry County, the Center is lead by a Geriatrics-fellowship trained physician.

The ideal candidate would be able to work independently, as well as in a team, be knowledgeable and experienced caring for the Geriatric population, and would have "a love for Geriatrics work."

Qualifications include:

• 2-4 years experience working with the Geriatrics population
• Current State of Illinois RN license
• Current State of Illinois NP license
