TRINITY MOTHER FRANCES HEALTH SYSTEM
Cejka Search has been exclusively retained to assist in the recruitment of a Vice President, Medical Affairs for Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics in Tyler Texas. With a proud tradition of 70 years of dedicated service to the people of east Texas, Trinity Mother Frances is the region's preferred health care provider. The organization encompasses two hospitals and the area's preferred multi-specialty physician group, Trinity Clinic, serving north central, east and northeast Texas with physicians representing 30 specialties.

The Vice President, Medical Affairs will report to the Senior Vice President/Operations and will work with all areas of the organization regarding clinical quality, physician relationships and medical staff affairs and is directly responsible for the following departments/functions:
• Medical Staff Office and CME program
• Central Credentialing
• Quality and Health Data Management
• President of Regional Medical Services Association (501a physician corporation)

Physician management for the following clinical areas:
• Hospitalist Program
• Trauma Services
• Family Care Centers (OB and Pediatrics)
• Critical Care Program
• Emergency Services physician group

Ideal candidates should possess at least five years experience as a senior physician leader (VP - MA, CMO, CQO etc) in a large hospital or hospitals within an integrated delivery system as well as a reputation as an excellent clinician with a minimum of ten years of experience in a private practice or a group practice model.
