Elliot Health System (EHS) is the largest provider of comprehensive healthcare services in Southern New Hampshire. The cornerstone of EHS is Elliot Hospital, 296-bed acute care facility located in Manchester (New Hampshire's largest city). Elliot Health System seeks a highly motivated professional to oversee the management of specialty physician operations. The Director will be responsible for managing, developing and operating all divisions of EPS practice operations and related physician/provider practice activities to ensure the delivery of efficient and cost-effective quality care. In addition, the Director will provide managerial leadership and direction to the EPS practices in collaboration with physician leadership and administration to facilitate the implementation of strategic business imperatives. He/she will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide clinical and administrative leadership to support the business/operational functions of Elliot Professional Services. Reporting directly to the Vice President Physician Services, the Director will collaborate with Elliot Health System administrative and physician leaders to assure the provision of highly integrated clinical and business operations.

Requirements for the role include a bachelor's degree and a minimum five years experience in physician practice management in a large medical group or integrated delivery system. We value enthusiastic, dynamic individuals with strong communications skills for this highly-visible role.
