Cejka Search has been retained by Eagle Physicians and Associates, PA to assist in the recruitment of a Chief Executive Officer.

Founded in 1995, Eagle Physicians & Associates, PA is a progressive multi-specialty private practice in Greensboro, North Carolina serving the community with over 80 physicians and healthcare providers in 13 locations. With a dedication to offering patients the advantages of personal primary care with the benefits of a larger, multi-specialty group practice, Eagle Physicians & Associates, PA specialties include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Geriatrics, OB/GYN, Endoscopy, Pediatrics and Endocrinology.

The CEO will be charged with development and implementation of strategic plans consistent with the group's mission and goals. The CEO leads the financial, clinical and operational areas of the practice through collaboration at all levels of the organization.
Candidates will have demonstrated success as a CEO or similar executive level role in a private multi-specialty practice.
