Bayhealth Medical Center in Delaware is currently seeking a urologist interested in assuming a thriving practice upon retirement of local urologist. This is a turnkey position which will allow you to be busy immediately .You can start as the owner of the practice with the current physician staying until the new owner is established and comfortable.

The Medical Center has a fully equipped OR for Laparoscopy and ESWL.

The Medical Center will provide an income assistance package including guaranteed income, start up expenses and relocation. Call is taken weekly and will be 1:5.
