You can join our newly renovated Emergency Care Center at Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene; a part of our 40 million dollar campus renovation. Cheshire Medical Center is a Level III trauma center. We give you choices of 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12 hour shifts to match your life-style needs. We do require either board certification or board eligibility in Emergency Medicine. There are approximately 125 physicians and associate providers at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene. The newly renovated 40 million dollar campus is a collaborative effort with the Cheshire Medical Center, a state-of-the-art 169-bed acute care hospital which includes the Kingsbury Center for Cancer Care, the Farnum Rehabilitation Center, inpatient adult and adolescent mental health, and a Sports Medicine Center. There are 26 primary care and specialty areas represented at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene. D-H Keene is one of the community practice sites of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock system, a group practice of over 650 physicians. The Dartmouth -Hitchcock Medical School are located in Lebanon, NH, 66 miles away. Sophisticated electronic records system and a self-insured, well-organized risk management and liability system contribute to making this one of the premier health systems in New England!
