Reading Hospital and Medical Center seeks a Board Certified Endocrinologist for a new position as Section Chief of Endocrinology. The preferred candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a change agent with leadership and management skills. An affinity for research and academics is a plus. This position will entail 60% clinical practice and 40% administration, medical education and clinical research. The department consists of 3 endocrinologists and 6 CNP's.

The new Chief of Endocrinology will help create the vision for endocrinology within the community and, together with Hospital and Medical Staff leadership, implement that vision.
