Description: Greater than 500,000 potential with partnership
You will become a member of a physician owned and directed primary care group of over 200 physicians. Only 11% of hospitalists are members of primary care groups (not employed by a hospital).
This group is one of the leaders of the Hospitalist movement. The current membership is 50+, making them one of the largest Hospitalist programs in the nation!

You can become a partner in 16-24 months, your potential salary can be in the 90th percentile for the MGMA or $500,000+. You will maintain autonomy and have control over decision-making. You will be provided the best reimbursement in the state/region. All business related functions will be taken care of for you. NO MANAGED CARE!

Turnover in the group is less than 1/2 of the national average. The collegial work environment is perfect for newer hospitalists. A non-smoking organization, emphasizing its focus on improved health care for the community and its members.

You will be joining a progressive organization that will be offering signing bonuses, relocation expenses, loan repayment and the life-style practice you are seeking!

When you join the group, you will have the flexibility of scheduling the number of shifts you wish to work each month; most of your colleagues average 18 shifts/month. 12 shifts are required for benefits.

Day Shift is 7:00 am - 5:30 pm - Night Shift is 5:30 pm - 7:00 am
