Additional Information Department Name: Nursing Float Team Job Status: 36 hours per week, Benefit Eligible Shift: All days of the week, Straight Nights or rotating; Will consider weekend package Job Overview Critical Care Float RN position will work primarily in the intensive care units of the TCH system (CICU, PICU, ED, NICU, CPCU and Network of Care EDs). Excellent opportunity to work in progressive, high acuity nursing areas. Strong clinical, communication, negotiation and decision making skills required as well as a desire to be flexible. Must be able to work independently within a team and with an emphasis on family centered care. Qualifications Education: Must have current Colorado RN license and BLS Healthcare provider. PALS within first year of employment. Experience: At least two years hospital pediatric critical care nursing experience preferred. Float RN experience desirable.
