We have an excellent opportunity to join the staff at North Colorado Medical Center (NCMC). NCMC, part of Banner Health, is a top-rated 398-bed regional medical center, Level II Trauma; Level II Nursery, serving northeastern Colorado, western Nebraska, southeastern Wyoming and western Kansas. Call schedule is 1:3 (w/approx. 100 call backs annually). Primary work schedule is 219 shifts/year including 35 weekend shifts, 87 IR shifts and "reading body" shifts. NCMC provides the only Burn Center and air medical transport (AirLife of Greeley) in northern Colorado. Over 350 physicians representing numerous specialties and subspecialties are on staff. Service area is 272,281 with greater potential from surrounding rural communities. In 2005, a $98 million expansion was completed with focus on Cardiovascular and Surgical services.
