The Physical Therapist develops and provides clinical
evaluations and specific treatment programs for patient
care. Functions as a liaison between patient, family,
physician, support staff and third party payers.
Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team for
effective treatment and care of patients.
Education/Licensure/Certification:
•
Graduate of an accredited program of Physical therapy
•
Current licensure with Board of Physical Therapy
registration
• Current licensure in the State
of Michigan
Experience required:
•
Previous experience in the physical therapy field
preferred
